At Apart Studio, we want you to love your space; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
